We (The Long Leaf) aim to fulfil your order within 10 working days from the date of the Order Confirmation unless there are exceptional circumstances.
Your order shall be delivered to the address provided at the time your order was placed but. Our shipping days are Monday to Friday 9-5pm and will be fulfilled by a third party (royal mail & DPD). We are unable to provide exact delivery timescales. You must ensure that a responsible person is available to accept the delivery as some orders will require a signature. Products cannot be left with any third parties and you will be responsible for any additional delivery charges incurred for failed deliveries.
If for any reason you fail to accept delivery of any Product when they are ready for delivery, or we are unable to deliver the Product on time because you have not provided the correct delivery address or appropriate instructions or no-one was there to accept the delivery at the time notified to you: liability for the Product shall pass to you, the Product shall be considered as delivered and we may hold the product if returned to us, and you will hold full responsibility for additional shipping fees or insurance.
Dates quoted for delivery are intended as an estimate only and we shall not be liable for any delay no matter how it is incurred. Time of delivery shall not be of the essence. All delivery shall be within a reasonable time if no date is specified.
DPD – Express Delivery
DPD: DPD’s ‘Express’ service is a next day service fulfilled by DPD. While the timescale for delivery is estimated as ‘next day’ the service may take up to 3 working days. DPD will provide an email with your tracking information and will notify you of any changes/ delays or issues. If you have an issue, DPD may ask you to contact us so we can raise an investigation.
DPD will collect packages between Monday and Friday (2pm cut off). DPD will not collect on the weekend.
NB: DPD deliveries are subject to change for bank holidays, and seasonal periods. If it has been longer than 3-4 days please contact email@example.com.
Change of Delivery Address: The ‘shipping’ address can be changed after your order is made by contacting us. If the order has been processed then we may be able to change the address for you, or it can be changed via the DPD dashboard (can be found by clicking the tracking email).
If the package is delivered to an address that is incorrectly provided we reserve the right to refuse a refund/ replace the order.
Special Delivery: Next Working Day when order is before 1pm Monday to Thursday An order on Friday will be delivered on the next working day (Monday unless it is a seasonal holiday).
1st Class Signed: 1st Class should take no longer than 2-3 working days, however, can take up to 7 working days. If you have ordered, and you have your confirmation of postage please allow up to 7 working days for the order to arrive.
2nd Class Signed: 2nd Class should take no longer than 2-3 working days, however, can take up to 10 working days. If you have ordered, and you have your confirmation of postage please allow up to 10 working days for the order to arrive.
International: We send all international orders Tracked &/or Signed to ensure their safe arrival. Delivery times vary between counties so please allow up to 2 weeks for your package to arrive.
We always try to have your package delivered in a timely manner – however, this is not always possible. If your package has not arrived after 7 days, please get in touch and we will aid with the safe delivery of the parcel.
